Fictional Game & Demo Notice

Fictional Game Disclosure: Kaelvorn and Low Chord Studio are fictional creations built as a static web showcase by Fullstack Rocks.

1. Why This Page Exists (Zero HTTP Cookies)

This website sets zero HTTP cookies, zero analytics trackers, and zero advertising pixels. Under Article 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC, as clarified by EDPB Guidelines 2/2023) and Regulation 6 of the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), browser-side storage mechanisms such as HTML5 localStorage are governed by the same transparency rules as cookies. This page documents every key our site can store on your device.

2. How We Use Browser Local Storage (localStorage)

When you browse Kaelvorn, our React application only writes to window.localStorage when you actively click a button to dismiss the informational storage banner or toggle the Reduce motion accessibility setting in the site’s motion controls. These small text flags stay entirely inside your browser so your chosen setting persists as you move across our 37 routes. They are never sent over the network.

3. Complete Table of Stored Keys

The site writes no preference keys until you explicitly dismiss the notice or change the motion setting. Other sites on this origin may store their own data.

4. Why We Show an Informational Notice Instead of a Consent Popup

Because this site uses zero optional, analytical, or advertising trackers—and only stores strictly necessary flags initiated by your own clicks—prior opt-in consent is not required under EU or UK law (EDPB Guidelines 2/2023; WP29 Opinion 04/2012 Section 3.6; UK ICO Storage and Access Guidance; French CNIL Tracker Guidelines). Presenting a fake "Accept All / Reject All" modal when no optional cookies exist would be misleading under GDPR transparency rules (Art. 5(1)(a)). Instead, our banner is a simple, dismissible informational notice.

5. How to View, Reset, or Clear Your Local Storage

  • You can inspect or delete local storage using your browser’s developer tools or its site-data settings. The reset below removes only the two Kaelvorn keys.

6. Last Audited Date

Copy reviewed on 25 October 2026. The table on this page is imported from the application’s current storage inventory.
