The Six Featured Boss Dossiers

A massive, twenty-foot-tall heavy industrial automaton made of blackened cast iron and weathered green-patina bell-bronze, with a barrel-shaped torso housing a roaring white-hot grate furnace in its belly, a head shaped like an inverted church bell with a single glowing horizontal slit of orange fire, four heavy piston-driven arms wielding square-headed blacksmith hammers, and a huge, tilting cauldron overflowing with glowing liquid gold mounted across its hunched shoulders.

Crucible-Master Vorgath

The Unquenched Warden of Vault Four

Final Boss of The Sunken Bell-Foundry (5-Player Dungeon, Sun-Steppe of Aethel).

Cast in 140 FS by the master smiths of the Gilded Accord, Vorgath was designed to tirelessly pour molten bell-bronze into the great molds that supplied the western Chime-Spires. When the foundry flooded two centuries ago, Vorgath did not shut down; trapped in an air pocket at the bottom of the pit, his acoustic programming looped for two hundred years, convincing him that the First Striking had not yet happened and the bells were dangerously behind schedule. Now that the water has drained, he views any flesh-and-blood intruder as impure slag that must be melted down and added to the Prime Mold.

The Sunken Bell-Foundry

Pour the Great Mold

Vorgath tips the giant ladle on his back, flooding one quadrant of the circular arena with molten bronze that slowly cools into a solid, raised metal floor—permanently shrinking the safe low ground unless players strike the Cooling Bells on the walls to shatter the hardened metal.

Resonant Hammer-Blow

Vorgath slams all four of his forge-hammers onto the central anvil, marking two players with Harmonic Polarity; those players must stand on opposite sides of a cooling bronze slag-pillar so the sonic shockwave between them shatters the obstacle instead of their party.

In Kaelvorn, bosses are not bags of hit points—they are acoustic puzzles that turn the battlefield itself into an instrument. Study the six flagship dungeon and raid encounters below, followed by the six open-world Apex Titans that roam the six regions.

A towering, thirty-foot-tall predatory plant rising from a pool of glowing turquoise water, anchored by thick, braided roots of dark brown ironwood encrusted with white quartz; its upper body is a magnificent, terrifying lotus blossom made of hundreds of translucent, razor-edged stained-glass petals in hues of emerald, ruby, and amber, surrounding a central humanoid-shaped pistil of glowing silver crystal that weeps liquid light.

Vespera the Glass-Bloom

The Singing Orchid of the Conservatory

Final Boss of The Drowned Conservatory (5-Player Dungeon, Whispering Fen).

Before the Cracking of Sol-Vara, Vespera was the oldest living specimen in the Architects’ botanical dome: a Sacred Sun-Lotus tended by the Verdant Chorus to filter marsh toxins and sing soothing lullabies to the local wildlife. Six months ago, a jagged meteor of Dead-Pitch crystal tore through the Conservatory roof and lodged directly in Vespera’s heart-bulb. Instead of dying, the ancient plant absorbed the shard, mutating into a terrifying fusion of living jungle wood and razor-sharp stained glass that seeks to graft every creature in the swamp into its crystalline root-network.

The Drowned Conservatory

Refracting Petals

Vespera unfolds her massive stained-glass petals and catches the sunbeams falling through the broken dome roof, projecting four rotating beams of colored light across the water; stepping in green heals the boss, red burns the player, blue slows movement, and golden amber empowers player damage—forcing the party to rotate with the safe beams.

Root-Graft Seed

Vespera fires a crystal seed into a random player that sprouts into a glass vine after five seconds, rooting them in place; allies must physically run through the vine to snap it before the petals close and shatter all rooted targets.

A majestic, twenty-five-foot-tall lion-bodied guardian sculpted from polished jet-black basalt inlaid with glowing geometric circuit-lines of burnished gold; it has the powerful four-legged body of a lion with claws of solid amber glass, a broad chest framed by a collar of ringing bronze chimes, two huge wings composed of floating golden sword-blades held in formation by light, and a serene, regally crowned face of hammered gold mask-work.

High Arbiter Sul-Kora

Scale-Bearer of the First Charter

Final Boss of The Buried Ziggurat of Kal (5-Player Dungeon, Singing Dunes of Kal-Zir).

Locked beneath the copper sands of Kal-Zir before the sky was ever cleaved, Sul-Kora is the oldest surviving autonomous judge created by the Seven Architects. Its purpose was to test the mortal kindreds every century to ensure they remained unified, wise, and worthy of inheriting the Chime-Spires. Because the Ziggurat sank at the war’s end in 389 FS, Sul-Kora missed the two hundred and twenty-three Turns since, and it takes the fractured kindreds and the Cracking as proof that the mortal kindreds have failed the test.

The Buried Ziggurat of Kal

The Scales of Worth

Two giant golden balance pans descend on chains at opposite ends of the room. Every sixty seconds, Sul-Kora weighs the party: players must distribute themselves and push heavy Sun-Pitch Orbs onto the scales so both sides hold equal weight within five seconds, or the unbalanced room tilts forty-five degrees, sliding everyone into a pit of grinding copper sand.

Voice of the Charter

Sul-Kora rings a chord of three distinct musical notes (Low Bronze, Mid Gold, High Silver), illuminating three corresponding floor runes; the party must stand on those runes in the exact order they were sung to negate a room-wide petrifying flash.

A tall, slender female figure hovering three feet off the ground, sculpted from immaculate, glossy white porcelain cracked with glowing veins of silver light; she wears flowing monastic robes that have hardened into delicate, layered ribbons of translucent white glass, her eyes are covered by a blindfold of hammered silver, and three concentric halos of floating bronze tuning-forks spin slowly behind her head while she holds a six-foot conductor’s baton of solid diamond.

Prioress Selen, The Unstrikable

First Conductor of the Silent Choir

Final Boss of The Porcelain Cloister (5-Player Dungeon, The Shattered Crown).

For forty years, Prioress Selen led the mute order of Listeners who tended the base of Sol-Vara, communicating only through sign language and the gentle ringing of wrist-bells. On the day Sol-Vara cracked, Selen refused to flee, throwing herself across the Prime Tuning-Altar in a desperate attempt to dampen the Cantor’s counter-note with her own body. She took the full force of the Pale Wake. Now reborn as the Cantor’s most devoted herald, Selen no longer remembers pain or doubt; she floats through her porcelain monastery like a tragic angel, convinced that turning her former friends into silent, painless statues is the highest act of mercy.

The Porcelain Cloister

Zone of Absolute Silence

Selen expands a shimmering silver dome from the center of the courtyard that slowly grows; inside this dome, all game audio is completely muted, cast-bars cannot be used, and players accumulate Calcification stacks. Players must strike the four Perimeter Cloister Bells around the courtyard edge to push the dome's border back toward Selen.

Shatter-Step Echo

Selen dashes through the party, leaving behind hollow porcelain statues of each player she passes through; if those statues are not destroyed within ten seconds, Selen rings her tuning-fork, detonating the statues for lethal damage proportional to the copied player's health.

A colossal, winged serpentine dragon with a long, sinuous body covered in overlapping plates of frosted white porcelain and jagged blue glacier-ice; its massive wings are framed by bone-white spars stretched with panes of rainbow-refracting diamond glass, its head features a crown of six backward-swept crystal horns, and its chest is a translucent ribcage revealing a spinning, blindingly bright star of silver light where its heart should be.

Krym-Vara, the Rime-Glass Wyrm

Scourge of the Boreal Pipes

Final Boss of The Boreal Wind-Wall (10/20-Player Raid, Frost-Chime Peaks).

Once the revered apex predator of the northern glaciers, Krym-Vara was a hundred-foot alpine wyrm whose deep, sub-bass roars used to shake loose dangerous snowpack and keep the mountain passes clear in harmony with the Verdant Chorus. When the Pale Wake erupted to the north, Krym-Vara flew into the storm to challenge the intruder in its territory. Months later, the great wyrm descended from the silver clouds utterly transformed: its leathery wings replaced by sheets of refracting prism-ice, its warm blood frozen into liquid light, and its voice tuned to shatter the very brass Wind-Wall it once lived beside.

The Boreal Wind-Wall

Prism-Breath Refraction

Krym-Vara inhales the blizzard and fires a concentrated beam of silver-white light across the fortress battlements; the Raid Tank must position a giant Polished Bronze Shield-Bell dropped by an earlier add to catch the beam, splitting the lethal ray into three harmless warming cones that melt the ice-tombs trapping frozen raid members behind him.

Dissonant Roar on the Pipes

Krym-Vara perches on one of the four colossal brass organ pipes bordering the arena and roars into it; the raid must rush to the furnace valves at the base of that specific pipe and vent scalding steam upward within twelve seconds to launch the dragon off its perch before the pipe explodes.

A breathtaking, forty-foot-tall celestial construct suspended in mid-air at the eye of a silver storm; its core is a regal, tall humanoid torso of flawless white marble and porcelain wearing three rotating, featureless masks of gold, silver, and bronze, surrounded by six massive wings made of suspended brass organ pipes and floating crystal spears, while two gigantic, concentric gyroscope-rings of ancient patina-green bell-bronze engraved with glowing runes spin slowly around its entire body.

Avren, Voice of the Cantor

The Final Chord of Kaelvorn

Final Boss of Sol-Vara: The Sanctum of Stillness (10/20-Player Pinnacle Raid, The Shattered Crown).

Hanging at the exact center of the ruptured First Spire, where the upward waterfall of the Pale Wake meets the broken arches of the sky, rests Avren. Neither mortal nor beast, Avren is a monumental acoustic manifestation created by the Cantor—woven from the stolen voices of the vanished Listeners, the shattered bronze of the Prime Bell, and the pure, unmoving light of the Dead-Pitch. Avren speaks to the raid not with anger, but with overwhelming, sorrowful orchestral grandeur, pleading with the Oath-Bearers to lay down their noisy, fleeting lives and join the eternal, painless sculpture of the New World.

Sol-Vara: The Sanctum of Stillness

The Great Resolving (Phase Transition)

At 66% and 33% health, Avren rises into the sky and stops time across the arena—freezing the background storm, the music, and half the raid into white glass statues. The remaining un-glassed players must pick up dropped Architect Tuning-Hammers and strike their frozen teammates in sequence according to the glowing pitch-notes above their heads to shatter their glass shells before Avren finishes his ten-second cadence.

Symphony of the Canopy & The Spire

Avren alternates the arena between Over-Pitch (Golden Solar Heat) and Dead-Pitch (Silver Silence). Players must weave between standing in the shadows of floating basalt rubble during Golden bursts and huddling inside the acoustic rings of the Broken Prime Bell during Silver bursts, balancing their personal Resonance Meter squarely in the middle to avoid either burning up or turning to crystal.
